As we continue to navigate our way through this new life during Covid-19, the following rules & regulations are to reduce the risk of infecting and spreading any and all viruses:
* Upon arrival/parking, all guests will be required to contact me via text or phone call and I'll will then let you know if I'm ready to meet you in the lobby (new guests/clients) or for you to come on up. This process is to eliminate the number of guests entering Solera Salon & Spa from wandering the building while waiting for their appt.
*All clients and guests will be required to wear a mask when entering and exiting the building.
*No handshaking and/or hugging.
*Each new guest/client will be provided a sanitized pen to fill-out consultation paperwork (please make sure you arrive 10-15 early).
*ALL appointments will be separated from 30 to 45 minutes apart for various reasons. The standard has always been 30 minutes; however, the extra time will allow plenty of time for additional sanitation procedures and Q & A.
*When removing jewelry and watches, please place inside your purse or pockets of clothing (this keeps it in an enclosed protected space and eliminate any personal belongings left behind). In addition, please make sure your cell phone is set to silent or turned off.
*My treatment room is equipped with an air purifier (HEPA filter) as well as a UVC sterilizer.
*I will be wearing a face covering/mask during all treatments, and gloves will be worn up request.
